今天说一说Pneumothorax"气胸"第三期。
Inpatientswithsuspectedtensionpneumothorax,immediateneedleorfingerthoracotomyisrequired.Traditionally,itissuggestedtoinsertalargeboreintravascular(IV)cannulaora5cmangio-catheterintothesecondintercostalspaceinthemidclavicularline.
1.Tensionpneumothorax意为"张力性气胸"
2.Suspected意为"疑似的"，例如"疑似病例"的说法是suspectedcase。
3.Thoracotomy意为"胸廓切开术"，前缀thora-来自于"胸腔"thorax。
4.Traditionally意为"传统地"
5.Insert意为"插入"
6.Bore意为"孔"，在上文语境中指"针孔的尺寸大小"。
7.IV是intravascular"血管内的"的缩写
8.Cannula意为"留置针"
9.Angio-cather意为"血管导管"
